1. Kynavora Billing Plans
Kynavora offers different commercial plans depending on business size, member volume and preferred billing model.
Flex
Rs. 0 fixed monthly software fee + Rs. 1 per covered member-day. Flex supports up to 3 branches and unlimited members. There is no separate fixed branch fee.
Standard
Rs. 4,000 per month for 1 branch and up to 200 members. Standard does not include the Flex per-day fee.
Pro
Rs. 7,000 per month total for up to 2 branches and up to 500 combined members. Pro does not include the Flex per-day fee.
2. Standard and Pro Billing
Standard and Pro are fixed monthly subscription plans. Charges are due according to the applicable subscription billing cycle.
Where offered, Standard and Pro include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use may require an active paid subscription.
Standard and Pro do not use covered member-day billing.
3. Flex Usage Billing
Flex uses usage-based billing rather than a fixed monthly subscription fee.
Under the Flex plan, a Rs. 1 software charge applies for each covered membership day when a gym member purchases or renews their membership. The gym member pays this software charge separately from the gym's membership fee. The gym owner collects the amount and the charge is displayed separately on the member's receipt.
The gym owner is responsible for settling the collected Flex software charges with Kynavora according to the applicable billing statement and settlement schedule. Flex charges are calculated using membership coverage days, not the number of days a member attends the gym.
Example
One covered member for 30 days results in a Rs. 30 Kynavora Flex service fee.
4. Flex Settlement Window
After a Flex billing statement closes, the business receives 5 calendar days to complete payment or settlement.
During this settlement window, the statement remains payable but the account is not yet restricted solely because payment is pending.
5. Flex Grace Period and Past-Due Status
If payment remains unpaid after the 5-calendar-day settlement window, the Flex billing statement and related subscription become past due. The business then receives an additional grace period of 2 full calendar days to complete the outstanding settlement before subscription restrictions apply.
If the outstanding settlement remains unpaid after the 2 full calendar days of grace, the Flex subscription becomes restricted. The restriction remains in place until the outstanding billing requirements are resolved according to the applicable settlement policy.
Flex Timeline
Statement closes
→ 5 calendar days settlement window
→ Statement becomes past due if still unpaid
→ 2 full calendar days grace
→ Subscription becomes restricted if still unpaid
6. Restoring a Restricted Flex Subscription
When the outstanding Flex settlement is successfully completed, the commercial subscription returns to active status, provided no other overdue unpaid billing statement remains on the account. If another overdue unpaid statement remains, the subscription will not return to active status until the outstanding settlement requirements have been resolved.
7. Payment Responsibility
For Standard and Pro plans, the subscribing fitness business is responsible for paying the applicable fixed monthly subscription fees.
Under the Flex plan, the gym member pays the Rs. 1 software charge per covered membership day when purchasing or renewing their membership. The fitness business collects this charge from the member and remains responsible for settling the valid collected Flex charges with Kynavora according to the applicable billing and settlement policy.
Businesses should ensure that billing contact information and payment arrangements remain accurate and available.
8. Failed or Delayed Payments
If payment fails, is declined or is not received by the applicable due date, Kynavora may mark the subscription or billing statement as unpaid or past due.
Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated if payment remains outstanding beyond the applicable payment and grace periods.
9. Cancellation Requests
Businesses may request cancellation of their Kynavora subscription by contacting Kynavora.
Cancellation prevents future billing after the applicable cancellation becomes effective, but does not automatically remove charges already incurred before that date.
Flex businesses remain responsible for valid covered member-day charges accumulated before the effective cancellation date.
10. Access After Cancellation
Access to paid Kynavora features may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled or is otherwise terminated.
Businesses should arrange any required data review or export before access ends where applicable.
11. Plan Changes
Kynavora may allow businesses to move between available plans, subject to eligibility, branch limits, member limits and applicable billing terms.
Any pricing or billing effect of a plan change may be communicated before the change becomes effective.
12. Pricing Changes
Kynavora may change pricing, plan limits or commercial terms in the future.
Where appropriate, existing customers may receive notice before material pricing changes apply to future billing periods.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Kynavora Refund Policy.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically mean that previously paid or validly incurred charges are refundable.
